Christmas in St. Patrick’s
1st Dec 2025
With Advent underway, we enter one of the busiest and most exciting times of the school year - CHRISTMAS!
The next three weeks at St. Patrick’s are going to be tree-mendously exciting! Our halls will be decked, our voices will be jolly, and our calendars are packed tighter than Santa’s sleigh on Christmas Eve.
Our boys and girls in Primary 2 are the ones to kick off our Christmas celebrations, with their Prayer Service taking place tomorrow morning at 9.30am. They had their dress rehearsal today in front of the rest of the school and you can believe us when we say that you won't be disappointed.
On Wednesday, our Primary 6 children's School Singing Programme Celebration Mass takes place in St. Patrick's Cathedral at 10.00am, bringing to a close 10 weeks of super singing with Orla and Sara-Jane.
On Thursday, our lucky Primary 3 pupils will be going to the SRC to watch their Performing Arts students' pantomime, Jack and the Beanstalk.
This incredibly busy week comes to an end on Friday with our annual 'Elfy Kidz Workout Day, where all pupils across the school will take part in a special Christmas workout under the guidance of Healthy Kidz coaches. All of our boys and girls are encouraged to wear some festive attire, e.g. Santa hat, elf ears, reindeer antlers, Christmas hairbands etc.
