Grandparents’ Day Assembly for Catholic Schools Week 2026
22nd Jan 2026
What a beautiful morning we shared at our Grandparents’ Day Assembly, celebrated as part of Catholic Schools Week 2026.
Our Primary 3 pupils were absolutely wonderful, putting so much thought, effort and heart into every reading, prayer and song. We are incredibly proud of them. A special word of thanks to the two grandparents who participated in the assembly - your involvement made the occasion even more meaningful and memorable.
We were also delighted to welcome Father Barry, and we sincerely thank him for blessing us with his presence and leading us in prayer. Armagh Parish.
Grandparents play such a special role in our school community and in the daily lives of our children - offering love, wisdom, support and faith that help shape who they are becoming. Today was a lovely opportunity to honour and celebrate all that they give.
Thank you to all grandparents for everything you do, and for sharing this special morning with us.
