Congratulations to all the Primary 5,6 and 7 boys and girls who competed this year in the Apple Blossom Swimming Gala held recently in the Orchard Leisure Centre.St Patrick's entered a twenty three man team and managed to come away with twenty five gold, silver and bronze medals along with sixteen ribbons awarded to all swimmers who qualified for the finals in their stroke.It was very exciting throughout all the heats and finals and the children all swam as best they could. The overall standard of swimming was exceptionally high this year from all schools who entered therefore any medals that were won on the day were really well earned indeed.
