Poetry Success in Monsignor Murray Competition
1st Dec 2025
Well done to two of our very talented wordsmiths, Aurora and Charlie. Both pupils represented our school brilliantly in the Monsignor Raymond Murray Memorial Poetry Competition amongst schools from Armagh Parish.
Aurora achieved a fantastic 3rd place with her thoughtful and beautifully written poem exploring Father Murray’s life and lasting impact on Armagh.
Charlie was awarded a fabulous 1st place for his outstanding poem centred on the historic Navan Fort! What an achievement, Charlie. His poem captured Navan’s spirit and significance with creativity and skill.
Huge congratulations to both of our talented young poets — you have done yourselves and our school proud!
