Relax Kids for Primary 5

Thank you to Mary from Relax Kids who visited Primary 5 today. We enjoyed a very relaxing, enjoyable  and worthwhile session helping us to relax, teaching us how to be positive about ourselves, how to look after ourselves and equipping us with strategies to cope with times that are challenging for us.
