We were delighted and very proud to see some of our current and past pupils recognised last week for their fabulous fundraising activities during the summer break.
Current pupils Fiachra and Rion, their past pupil brother Conan, as well as their cousins John, Oran, Finn and Conn, put their hearts and minds to good use with the wonderful idea of running a lemonade stall all with one aim: raising funds for the Cystic Fibrosis Trust in memory of their late uncle, and our former pupil, John.
The Super Seven are the children of past pupils Gerard, Aoife and Stephen, and the grandchildren of our much-loved and long-serving former member of staff, Mrs Ann Darragh. It will be of no surprise to anyone who worked with Mrs Darragh, either as a pupil or as a colleague, that her grandchildren show such thought and care for others.
Well done to all involved in such a lovely initiative- your uncle John would be very proud of you.
